Booking: You need to book events on our website, not through social media. If you try to book on social media, we'll guide you back to our website.
Payment: To hold your spot, we ask for a 20% deposit that you can't get back. You need to pay the rest at least 7 days before your event. You can also choose to pay everything at once if you like.
Confirmation: After you book on our website, we'll send you a confirmation and details about your deposit.
Deposit Timing: To lock in your booking, send us the deposit within 24 hours. If we don't get it in time, we'll have to cancel your booking.
Cancellations:
Our Right to Cancel: We might cancel bookings if we can't provide the best service. If that happens, we'll either offer alternatives or give you a full refund.
Overnight Bookings: Yes, we can do these as long as you pay right away through Stripe.
Location Charges: If you're booking from outside the Auckland area, let us know. There will be an extra charges, and we'll talk to you about them.
Videos: We might use some event videos for our marketing on social media.
Flexibility: We're pretty flexible with when you can book, including weekdays and work hours.
